Call with an engineer

The process, the systems involved, data constraints. You get a straight answer: is it solvable with AI, and where to start.

OutputAn honest yes, no or not yet.
After the call

Diagnostic proposal

Scope, a 2–3 week timeline, the team and a fixed price of $1,490, credited toward the pilot. NDA signed before the diagnostic begins.

OutputA document you can take to your sponsor or procurement.
Before the first call

How to prepare

None of this is mandatory. The more of it you bring, the more concrete our answer on the first call.

  • The process that costs the most time or money, in one or two sentences
  • Who owns it, and who would use the solution day to day
  • Systems involved: ERP, CRM, accounting, documents, telephony, spreadsheets
  • Rough volumes: documents, requests or transactions per month
  • Constraints: where data must stay, cloud or on-premises, sector rules
  • How you would measure success: hours, errors, cycle time, cost
  • Timing, and whether a procurement procedure applies

FAQ

Before you write

How fast will you reply?

A consultant replies within one business day. Our AI assistant answers around the clock.

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. Paid work starts with the diagnostic: $1,490, fixed price, credited toward the pilot. See pricing.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, before the diagnostic begins. If you need one before the first call, say so in your request. Please don't send personal data or confidential documents before an NDA is in place.

Can you come on site?

Yes. Our engineers travel to clients in Europe, the Americas, China, Japan, Korea and Australia for the diagnostic and key phases. Our headquarters in Tashkent is our only office; meetings there are by appointment.

Which languages do you work in?

First calls are usually in English. The platform's interface and agent answers support English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese and Korean. Tell us your preferred language in the request.

We are a public body. Can we still start with a call?

Yes. A call is not a procurement step. If a formal procedure applies, we follow it; see AI for government.
