Three packages. One question: how far should the organization move?

BlackGust is an annual platform subscription with forward-deployed engineers included. Packages differ in how much of the organization runs on one model: one function, several departments, or the whole institution inside its own perimeter. Every package starts the same way: a diagnostic and a pilot on your own numbers.

  • Platformfrom $90,000 / year
  • Pilotfrom $9,990
  • Diagnostic$1,490, credited
Packages

Choose the scale of change, not a feature list

All three packages run on the same platform, the same security model and the same engineers. What grows is scope: how many functions are connected, how many people use it, how deep our team is embedded, and where the system runs.

Packages are a starting point, not a cage. The final scope, team and timeline are fixed in the proposal after the diagnostic. Prices exclude VAT and local taxes.

What changes

How far the organization moves at each level

The price follows the depth of change. Here is what is different on the day the package is fully running, compared with before.

Level 1 · Foundation

One process, measured

A single function works from one model. Routine in up to three processes is handled by agents. Leadership gets sourced answers for that area and a before/after report it can take to the board.

Level 2 · Enterprise

Departments, connected

Finance, operations, sales and service stop contradicting each other's numbers. Deviations across departments surface daily with an owner. New processes plug into the model in weeks, not quarters.

Level 3 · Sovereign

The organization, run on its data

Every branch, entity and system feeds one model inside your perimeter. Agents work across the institution under one governance layer. Growth no longer means losing sight of the details.

Qualitative scale from 1 to 5. Actual impact is measured on your baseline during the diagnostic and pilot.

The logic

You don't buy seats or tokens. You buy a level of control over the organization, and the engineers who get you there.

Add-ons are priced in the proposal. Unlimited means not capped by the package; capacity is planned with your infrastructure.

How to start

Prove it first, then subscribe

No package is signed blind. A free consultation, a short paid diagnostic and a fixed-price pilot come first, so the decision rests on your numbers, not ours.

Included in every package

What you never pay extra for

The base of every package is the same, so moving up a level never means re-platforming.

Platform

Platform updates

New platform versions, connectors and module improvements during the subscription term.

Engineers

Forward-deployed engineering

Our engineers configure agents, connect systems and stay with the process, within the package's team size.

Governance

Security by default

Role-based access, full audit log, human approval for significant actions, PII masking.

Quality

Reference testing

A control question set runs before every agent update. A drop in quality blocks the release.

Ownership

Your data stays yours

Data, configuration and documentation remain yours. Models can be swapped without rebuilding.

Measurement

Impact reports

Baseline and after metrics for every process we touch, in money and hours.

Priced separately, always stated up front

  • GPU servers and infrastructure for on-premises and air-gapped deployments
  • Frontier model usage above the allowance agreed in the proposal
  • Licenses or API fees charged by your existing vendors
  • On-site weeks beyond the package's engineering presence
  • Add-on modules not included in the package
What drives the price

Cost factors

We name them up front so the final estimate holds no surprises.

ScopeNumber of departments, processes and users the platform covers. This is the main difference between packages.
SystemsConnecting a system with a ready API costs less than an undocumented legacy database or a paper archive.
ModelsFrontier API usage, or GPU infrastructure and fine-tuning for sovereign models.
DeploymentAir-gapped deployment needs dedicated hardware and extra time to deploy.
Engineering presenceHow many forward-deployed engineers work on site, and for how long.
GeographySeveral countries, languages and jurisdictions add configuration and legal review, not a different price list.
Payback

How we calculate impact

The calculation uses your numbers, not market averages. Below is the method on one process; the diagnostic repeats it for every candidate process and sums it against the package price.

Example calculationIllustrative numbers
MetricBeforeAfter pilot
Time to review one contract90 min20 min
Contracts per month320320
Lawyer hours per month480107
Hours freed per month—373

Hours freed × hourly staff cost − support and model costs = monthly impact. Payback period = investment ÷ monthly impact.

Foundationpays back when one to three processes free enough hours or prevent enough losses to cover $90,000 a year.
Enterprisepays back through dozens of processes and faster decisions across 3–5 departments.
Sovereignpays back at the scale of the institution: consolidated control, fewer losses, growth without proportional headcount.
Commercial terms

How contracts and payments work

Plain terms that procurement, finance and legal can review in one sitting.

TermAnnual subscription. Multi-year agreements are available and fix the price for the term.
InvoicingAnnually or quarterly in advance, in USD or EUR at fixed list prices. Another currency can be agreed in the contract.
AcceptanceDiagnostic and pilot are accepted by signed certificate. The subscription starts after pilot acceptance.
Moving up a levelYou can upgrade mid-term. The unused value of the current package is credited toward the new one.
ConfidentialityAn NDA is signed before the diagnostic. Data-protection obligations are part of the main contract.
ExitAt the end of the term your data is returned or deleted within the agreed period, with a deletion certificate.
FAQ

Questions about price

How much does BlackGust cost?

The platform is an annual subscription: Foundation $90,000, Enterprise $250,000, Sovereign $490,000 per year. Before it you pay for a diagnostic ($1,490, credited toward the pilot) and a fixed-price pilot from $9,990. The first consultation is free.

Why an annual subscription and not per user or per token?

Because the value comes from connecting the organization and keeping engineers on the process, not from seats. A fixed annual price is easier to budget and procure, and it doesn't punish you for adoption.

Which package do most organizations choose?

Most start with a pilot, then sign Enterprise once two or three departments want in. Foundation fits a single function or a first business case. Sovereign is for governments, critical infrastructure and groups that require on-premises or air-gapped deployment.

Are engineers included in the price?

Yes. Forward-deployed engineers are part of every package: one lead in Foundation, a team of three in Enterprise, an embedded team of five or more with an architect in Sovereign.

What isn't included?

GPU servers and infrastructure for on-premises or air-gapped deployments, model usage above the agreed allowance, your existing vendors' license fees, and add-on modules. All of these are stated in the proposal before you sign.

Can we start small and grow?

Yes. All packages run on the same platform and the same organization model, so moving from Foundation to Enterprise or Sovereign extends what's built. Unused value is credited when you upgrade mid-term.

Do prices differ by country?

No separate regional price lists. Prices are in USD, or EUR for clients in Europe. Taxes, travel beyond the package and local legal review are stated in the proposal.

How do government bodies buy it?

Through a pilot, a competitive tender or a direct contract where procurement rules allow. The Sovereign package includes a procurement-ready documentation package. See Government.
